How to use SiS GO Isotonic Energy Gels
These energy gels are easy to consume on long training rides, interval days and races, as they don’t require water to be taken with them.
We recommend having one gel every 20-30 minutes during rides or runs that are over 90 minutes.
You can also have one 30 minutes before exercise to help with hydration and top off your fuel stores.
