REVOLT GRAVEL CLASH – TIME TRIAL WAIVER REVOLT CYCLERY SHOP – 1305 Shotgun Road, Sunrise, FL 33326 Date: January 17, 2026 Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in the Revolt Gravel Clash Ride – Time Trial involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, physical strain, and exposure to weather or traffic conditions. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and associated parties from any and all liability, injury, or damages arising from participation in this event. I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and that I will comply with all event rules, including wearing a helmet and following traffic regulations. This waiver applies jointly to all team members listed below participating in the Revolt Gravel Clash Ride – Time Trial on January 17, 2026.

Asumo voluntariamente todos estos riesgos y libero de toda responsabilidad a los organizadores, patrocinadores, voluntarios y partes asociadas por cualquier lesión, daño o pérdida que pueda resultar de mi participación en este evento.
