MAURTEN - GEL 160 SINGLE SERVING

Go long — take more. It’s that simple. Gel 160 contains 40 grams of carbohydrates per serving in a 0.8:1 ratio of fructose and glucose — for athletes who want more carbohydrates than Gel 100 to fuel their training and racing. To maintain performance in endurance sport, it’s important to fuel regularly. And the further you go, the more carbohydrates you need to sustain performance.

Using patented Hydrogel Technology to encapsulate carbohydrates and carry them through the stomach, Gel 160 fuels athletes going longer distances.

Combine with the full Maurten 160 range to easily calculate a fueling strategy and achieve the right amount of carbohydrates per hour.
