The simplified spacer tube design and lighter 7075 aluminum cups ensure quick installation and a 10% weight reduction over previous generations. • Inside the BB ALPHA, the bearings have been moved further out in the cup, allowing the incredibly stiff POM plastic dust covers to now sit flush with the outer edge of the cup, making it increasingly difficult for debris to penetrate the dust cover and contaminate the bearing
