Returns and Refund Policy for Revolt Cyclery

1. Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: New/unused items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items purchased with Affirm financing must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Condition: Products must be new, unused, in their original condition, and in their original box and/or packaging with all tags included. No returns are accepted on parts that have been installed.

Eligible Products: Most new/unused products are eligible for return, except for the following:

Nutritional/food products.

Used bikes.
-
Frames with installed parts.
-
Special order/preorder products (non-cancelable once submitted).

Custom-assembled products (e.g., complete bikes built from selected components, wheel builds, etc.).

Sale or discounted items (final sale, unless defective).

Deposits on products (non-cancelable but may be eligible for store credit if delivery exceeds the agreed-upon schedule).

2. Return Process

Contact Us: Initiate a return by contacting our customer service team at revoltcyclery@gmail.com or by calling 305-834-5595. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: We will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number included. Ship the package to the address provided in the RMA confirmation email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Alternatively, you may arrange shipping with your preferred carrier.

Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet eligibility criteria. Approved returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt.

Fees: A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied depending on the returned product (at Revolt Cyclery’s discretion). A 5% transaction fee will apply to canceled or returned non-defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
3. Refunds

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued for eligible returns once the item is received and inspected. Refunds cover the original purchase price, subject to applicable fees.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Partial Refunds: For used or damaged items, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, unless the item failed due to a manufacturer defect.
4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at revoltcyclery@gmail.com or 305-834-5595 with photos and a description of the issue.

We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and issue a full refund or replacement, based on your preference and product availability.

For manufacturer defects, Revolt Cyclery will facilitate warranty claims on your behalf with the respective manufacturer.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges for the same item in a different size or color are subject to availability. Follow the same return process and indicate that you are requesting an exchange.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Nutritional/food products.
